Story
(Season1) - Fuutarou Uesugi is an high school student, he has no friends because of his awkward behavior. One day during his lunch break, a female transfer student was seating on Uesugi's seat. They argue and that leads them to dislike each other. Later that day, he gets an opportunity to clear his fathers debt by private tutoring a wealthy family's daughter. He accepts it, but discovers that the student, Itsuki Nakano, he going to teach is the girl he argued earlier.
So she disagrees to take lesson from him. But that was not only one problem it gets worse when he finds out that Itsuki is actually a quintuplet, so expecting her he must also tutor her sisters—Miku, Yotsuba, Nino, and Ichika—who are also not interested in taking lesson from him. However, he tries his best to build interest in study. His ultimate goal is to lead them to graduation.
(Season 2) - After taking lessons from Fuutarou, all five sisters performance was improve. But it was not enough for graduation. Later various situations that delays the tutoring of Fuutarou. To solve this situations Fuutarou deeply involved with their personal lives, further the relationship between sister get complicated.
Slowly Fuutarou begins to realize the girl he met on the past is one of the five girls. Later the story progresses everyone's feelings beginning to develop and overlap, will the bond of a teacher and his students remain same or it will mature into something else entirely?

Ending In Season 1- They go for Ice skating on their school trip where Fuutarou gets sick. He gets sick because of various situations caused by the five girls. Later the five girls felt guilty and gets to see Fuutarou where he is resting. While sleeping, all girls grabs each finger of his left hand and seat down beside him. Then we see his dream of marriage once again. Next day, the way to school they all met and they agree to study together and take lessons from Fuutarou.
Ending In Season 2- Except Itsuki all four girls are deeply in love with Fuutaro. Miku is seating with Fuutarou and other girls are watching them from behind because they expecting Miku will share her feeling and Fuutaro will accept it, which is heart breaking for them to watch. But Miku didn't share her feeling she feels her other sisters deserves
the same moment like her. Later all the girls patched up. Finally Ends with his marriage dream.
Ending (In Manga) - Finished
Ending (From My Perspective) - I would have gone for the harem ending, where he ends of with all of them. If it needed to be specified then rather than Yotsuba I would go for Miku or Nino to end up with Fuutarou.

Overall My Review - It's a good anime to watch. Full of romance and lots of comedy and you will also get emotional from some scene. There is little suspense in the story, it's a harem anime so you will surely enjoy it.
