Story
Futaro has lead five quintuplets to the point where they can graduate with good marks and pursue their own dreams. Now they are attending their final school festival. Having decided to make this occasion one to remember, Futaro searches for his feelings for the five quintuplets.

Ending In Movie- Fuutarou is moving to Tokyo for higher studies. They all are separated now, only Miku and Nino are working together in same place.
5 years later they all are gathering because Yotsuba and Fuutarou are getting married. The sisters gave earrings of their mother to Yotsuba as a wedding gift.

Where they all dress up same and ask Fuutarou to identify Yotsuba among them. He identifies Yotsuba and they get married.
But it's not the end, later we see he is in the present time (or may be flash back) where he was dreaming.
(Now the point is you can take it as two ending.
1. That was not a dream he ends up with Yotsuba.
2. Open ending where you can choose the bride who
will ends up with Fuutarou.)

(Same ending as the movie. Yotsuba ends up with Fuutarou./ It can be anyone among them.)
Ending (From My Perspective) - Personally if the anime is a harem anime then I will always prefer harem ending means all girls ends
up with same guy.

Overall My Review - It's a good anime to watch. This anime has less comedy element than it's previous seasons. You will get to see some intense drama. And also you will get the romance. You may not happy with the ending but that's writer's choice and we must respect it. You can give a try to this anime.
